I. Basic Parameters

• Process: Utilizes 40nm CMOS technology, a mature and low-power consumption process node.
• Core Voltage: As low as 1.1V, contributing to further power reduction.

II. IO Characteristics

• Number of User IOs: Supports up to 308 user IOs, catering to the needs of complex designs.
• Voltage Standards: Supports multiple voltage standards including 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V, adapting to various interfaces and circuit requirements.
